Using art for NFTs and AI is forbidden. Use for profit MUST be discussed first with the artist.

Artist has the right to refuse/refund for any reason

Client cannot cancel/refund after final piece is given; please let me know if there are issues with the piece so it can be fixed

Overall style can vary depending on what the artist feels suits the art; descriptive details and reference images are strongly recommended if client has a particular vision in mind

WIP requests are accepted but watermarked

Work WILL take time, client must inform artist upfront if a piece is needed by a certain date

Typical source of payment is via Paypal, Venmo or Cashapp. If none are possible, the client can discuss other legal avenues.
